OBJECT AND DEFINITIONS OF THE CONTRACT: These sales conditions rule the sale of the products provided by AZIENDA AGRICOLA MARTOCCIA of Brunelli Luca, Pod. Martoccia- Montalcino (SI) fiscal code: BRNLCU74D03F402X, VAT number : 00942500521, hereinafter SUPPLIER, through the website www.poderemartoccia.it. The distance selling services described in these sales conditions is reserved to Customers, understood as natural persons acting for purposes other than business, enterprising or professional activity, if any. You will be able to purchase the products by logging in the site using USERNAME and PASSWORD.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY: all prices are expressed in Euros (€) and VAT included. Products on this site may not be available at time of order. The momentary unavailability of the Products will in this case be indicated on the Site. The SUPPLIER will notify the Customer of the inability to accept orders received within 48 hours from the business day following the Customer's submission of the order. The SUPPLIER will give back the amount already paid to the Customer for the payment of the order.
PAYMENT: The payment of the products purchased on the Site can be done by credit card, prepaid card, through the PayPal payment solution.
SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping cost and any other additional charges, including VAT are expressed in Euros (€) and will be expressly and separately indicated during the delivery of the order before the user transmits the same. The shipping costs are up to a maximum of 120 bottles for foreign countries and 100 bottles for Italy. For more bottles it is possible to estimate the costs by contacting the SUPPLIER. The shipping costs in detail are provided at the end of these Terms.
DELIVERY: Products will be delivered by express courier to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER at the time of order. Delivery takes within 5-7 working days for EU countries and within 15-2 working days for US.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: the withdrawal from the order can be done within 10 days of receipt of the goods. The Customer must send a registered letter with return receipt to the SUPPLIER at the address indicated on the site under the Contacts section, where he declares that he is going to exercise the right of withdrawal and at the same time return the goods. The goods must be returned under the conditions in which they were delivered. Refunds to Customer will be made within 30 days.
