Winemaking :
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks;
maceration at a controlled temperature of 28/30°C. Rest in stainless steel tanks.
Bottle refinement: 1 month
Tasting notes: Deep ruby red, with purple notes. Flavors of ripe cherry, red berries and blackberry. Round and smooth, pleasant, fresh and with ripe fruit. Food pairing : great match with appetizers, pizza, first course with vegetables and meat sauce. Pair with white and red grilled meat And medium seasoned cheeses. Serve at 18°C.
